Threatening behaviour of circa 1515 3rd October 22


999 Log 2607 3rd October 2022 PC Collar 61556 agreed that dogs should not be defecating on other people's graves! "Not very nice", even though a dog-owner! I reported that ex-164 male said "If you don't leave this man alone, I'll put you in the ground" and "Your car's an eyesore - in two minutes that car will no longer be there".

Note damage to rear cycle wheel, much earlier (circa £25).

Context is that I'd just congratulated Bradley on putting some articles in the bin rather than fly-tipping further up the close (see emails with images sent to Council) - he denies fly-tipping.
